The spacious balcony of 16 m2 has a table with 4 chairs and 2 sun beds. The balcony is located on the south west. From your balcony you have a nice view of the large swimming pool, resort and a beautifully designed sub-tropical park. This stylishly furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with a bath, alarm, a spacious living room with flat screen and IP TV with international channels, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed for an extra person and a spacious open kitchen with all (built in) appliances, washing machine and a large fridge / freezer combi. Air conditioning throughout the apartment is hot  and cold. There are 3 swimming pools in the park, the largest swimming pool with rocks and 1 swimming pool in the winter months is heated. Permanent surveillance is available in the park.

Normal consumption of electricity is included. For a consumption above 100 KWh per week, € 0.30 per KWh will be deducted from the deposit. The sea and beaches are within walking distance of no more than 300 meters. Restaurants, bars, terraces, bus stop and a bakery are located within a radius of 300 meters. If you want to go to Torrevieja’s Friday market, spend a day shopping at Torrevieja’s Centro Commercial or La Zenia boulevard at 3 km with a bowling alley, mini-gym, cinema and casino. In the surrounding area there are also plenty of opportunities for water sports, karting, horse riding, golf and going out, good food, etc. etc. We can also arrange car rental, (inland) excursions and airport service. Key Transfer
Key collection is possible at any day of the week. You can involve your holiday home on the 1st day of stay between 14:00 H and 20:00 H. On departure day you leave the house normally 11.00 H.
